Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all cryptocurrency payments are generally non-refundable once confirmed. However, we do make exceptions in specific circumstances outlined below. Please read carefully before subscribing.
Puzzlevia operates on a subscription model with cryptocurrency-only payments. Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible on the blockchain, we adopt a no-refund policy as the default. This is clearly disclosed prior to every payment.
By completing a payment, you acknowledge:
We will issue a refund (in the form of account credit or cryptocurrency return where technically feasible) in the following limited circumstances:
If you made a confirmed payment but your subscription was never activated due to a technical fault on our side, and the issue is not resolved within 48 hours of your report, you are entitled to a full refund or credit.
If a technical error caused you to be charged twice for the same subscription period, we will credit your account or issue a refund for the duplicate amount within 7 business days of verification.
If the Puzzlevia service experiences unplanned downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours during your active subscription period, you may request a pro-rata credit for the unusable days.
If we charged you an incorrect amount (e.g., a displayed price did not match the charged amount) due to a platform error, we will issue a refund for the difference.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your crypto exchange or payment provider without first contacting us is considered a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts that file fraudulent chargebacks, and to pursue recovery of disputed funds through legal channels.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

In some cases where a direct cryptocurrency refund is not feasible (e.g., wallet address unavailable), we may offer account credits of equivalent value that can be applied to future subscription renewals.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately for new subscriptions and will apply to existing subscriptions with 30 days' notice.
