1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Puzzlevia's website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you accept these Terms in full.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email with at least 14 days' notice.

2. Description of Service

Puzzlevia provides a browser-based SaaS platform that allows users to:

• Generate puzzle content (mazes, crosswords, number searches, sudoku, and more) as SVG/PDF files.
• Customize puzzle books with covers, borders, and layout options.
• Download assembled PDF books for personal use or commercial publishing on Etsy, Amazon KDP, and similar platforms.

The Service is provided "as is" and features may change or be discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans and Limits

Puzzlevia offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) with different daily ebook generation limits and page limits. Plan details are available on the Pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.3 Crypto Payments

We accept cryptocurrency payments only (BTC, USDT, ETH, and others via NowPayments and Binance Pay). Payments are processed by third-party providers and are non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain, except as described in our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, we cannot reverse payments.

4.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is not confirmed within the payment window, your subscription will not activate or renew. You will need to initiate a new payment.

5. Intellectual Property

5.2 Platform Intellectual Property

The Puzzlevia platform itself — including the software, algorithms, user interface, branding, and all underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Puzzlevia. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.

5.3 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful purposes during your active subscription.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Generate, distribute, or sell content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Service beyond normal usage.
• Share account credentials or circumvent plan limits.
• Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.
• Use the Service in any way that could harm minors.

7. Content Generated for Commercial Sale

You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you generate and sell:

• Complies with the content policies of the platform you sell on (Amazon KDP, Etsy, etc.).
• Does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Accurately represents the product to buyers.
• Complies with all applicable tax and business laws in your jurisdiction.

Puzzlevia is a tool — you are the publisher and are responsible for your published works.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PUZZLEVIA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Puzzlevia and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) content you generate and publish using the Service.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Account deletion may be requested by emailing support.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are not liable for any loss resulting from termination due to your breach.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Puzzlevia.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
